Manufacturing Brands That Make Use of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence is, in simple terms, intelligence that is displayed by a machine or a software application. In the past decade, Artificial Intelligence has grown by leaps and bounds. In the past, you would not have believed that there would come a time when major brands would embrace AI so wholly, but here we are.

Today, artificial intelligence has become a core part of the makeup of several huge corporations around the world. Major brands are implementing the use of intelligent voice assistants and chatbots to increase marketability and sales. Lowe’s, for instance, launched an in-shop bot that can help you choose the right home improvement products that match a certain style and feel throughout.

Of course, AI still has a long way to go before it can replace the 'human touch'. 93% of customers refuse to buy products suggested by a chatbot. You might not be open to this shift toward AI helpers, but do you know that indirectly, you are a consumer of artificial intelligence? 60% of consumers use artificial intelligence apps. You might not be open to using AI, but there is a three-in-five chance that you have already used it. Plus, you probably enjoyed using it.

There was a time that humans ran the marketing sectors of brands. That isn't the case anymore. AI is pretty much running the scene now.

Even manufacturing brands use AI in their operations. Keep reading to know a few of these brands and how they have implemented the use of Artificial Intelligence.

Keep in mind that these messages come with a plethora of promo codes and good deals designed for you. Manufacturing and marketing become one with this AI system.

Knorr: Knorr is another huge manufacturing conglomerate that makes use of AI. A food seasoning and spices brand, Knorr reaches out to you using an automated SMS system operated by AI. That's isn't all. Knorr has a chatbot named Chef Wendy. When you chat with Chef Wendy, it can recommend meals and prepare exotic recipes for you. These recipes are based on the ingredients you have at home.

Apple: Apple is a major player in the manufacture of phones and other gadgets. It's iPhone smartphone line is perhaps the most valuable in the world. This isn't a fluke.
